Residential Water Extraction

This Orlando home was flooded after a dishwasher was left running and overflowed while the tenants were out. We responded to this call during the weekend and began extracting water within an hour. A dehumidifier was placed to remove moisture. Several air movers were also placed to dry the wet carpet. After the drying process was completed we also proceeded to clean and remove stains from the affected area that were caused by the tenants walking across the carpet while wet. We passed a final moisture test, removed all equipment, and the end results were "Like it never even happened."
