Mold Growth on Toilet in Casselberry

The homeowners of this property in Casselberry gave us a call when the smell in their bathroom became unbearable. They informed us that they had a leak two months prior that was fixed. OUr tests determined that there was moisture at the base of the toilet. We shut the water supply to the toilet, removed the water, and began our mold remediation process. A written protocol from a mold testing company that performed an air quality test determined that the bathroom was the only area with a high mold spore count. The are was contained and the mold was treated with a plant-based antimicrobial spray. after removing the mold, we placed an air scrubber to filter the air.
