Commercial Water Spill in Winter Park

The owner of this office gave our location a call after a mop bucket full of dirty water was accidentally tipped over, soaking the carpet in their hallway. Having experienced mold growth in the past, she had concerns about moisture soaking into the floor beneath. We extracted all water and moisture from the area using an extraction wand and dehumidifier. A fan was used to complete the drying of the carpet afterward. Because the water spilled was not sanitary, disinfectants were used as well as a stain remover and industrial strength carpet cleaner. The owner was left with a peace of mind after post testing determined there was no moisture beneath the carpet.
